2. Description of Service
HomeClean.ai is a household cleaning management platform that enables:
- Communication between homeowners and cleaning staff
- Creation and management of cleaning schedules
- Multi-language translation of task instructions
- Voice recording and text-to-speech functionality
- Room layout and task organization
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Account Types
- Homeowner: Primary account holder who manages households and invites staff
- Co-Homeowner: Shares full access to household management with the primary homeowner
- Staff: Cleaning professionals who receive and complete assigned tasks
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create (task descriptions, photos, voice recordings). By uploading content, you grant us a license to:
- Store and process your content to provide the Service
- Share content with household members you authorize
- Use AI services to translate and convert your content
Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate others' rights or contain inappropriate material.
6. Subscription and Payments
Free Plan
The free plan includes basic features with limitations on households, staff members, and advanced features.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by HomeClean.ai. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (OpenAI for AI features, cloud hosting). Your use of these services through HomeClean.ai is also subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of translations or transcriptions
- Quality of cleaning services performed by staff
10. Limitation of Liability
HomeClean.ai is a communication tool and is not responsible for:
- The quality of cleaning work performed
- Employment relationships between homeowners and staff
- Property damage or personal injury related to cleaning activities
- Disputes between homeowners and cleaning staff
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HomeClean.ai against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HomeClean.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
